Requesting an Emergency Appointment

Due to the large demand for visa interviews, we cannot accommodate all urgent appointment requests. However, we will do our best to grant emergency appointments for medical reasons, death of a family member, business reasons, or students and temporary workers with strict travel deadlines.

Call Center agents cannot grant emergency appointment requests, but they can help guide applicants through the online process. Call (02) 982-5555 and (02) 902-8930 from the Philippines or (214) 571-1600 from the United States for assistance.

Please note that same-day and next-day emergency appointments are not available.

Please be aware that requests for Emergency Appointments are processed only during  business hours.  Requests received after hours, on weekends, or on Embassy holidays will be processed the following business day.
