REQUIREMENTS FOR TOURIST VISA
1. Valid passport 6 months valid from the date of travel includes old passport
2. Visa application form (completely filled-up with no erasure)
3. Two (2) recent passport size photo colored (dark clothes ) with white background.
4. Hotel Confirmation
5. Flight Itinerary
Additional documents for Philippine passport holder WITHOUT previous China Visa
6. Certificate of employment stating position, tenure of service and gross annual income. With approved and signed leave of absence (for employed) / Business name and or SEC Registration Certificate (for Business owner)
7. Latest income Tax return
8. Copy of SSS id with contribution
9. Original bank certification with original official receipt (with minimum deposit of Php 50,000)
10. NBI Clearance certificate (travel abroad)
REMARKS:
• Emergency information at the back of your passport should be completely filled up by the passport holder with no erasure.
• The China embassy temporarily suspended 2 working days expedite processing for visa application until futher notice
VISA FEE: PHP1, 400 Single entry
PROCESSING FEE: php 3,000
PROCESSING TIME: 4 working days upon filing
