            Please be advised that the Department of Justice (DOJ); in a Memorandum dated 3 January 2012, has promulgated guidelines on the departure formalities for International bound passengers in all airports and seaports in the country.

New Departure Card -Philippine Immigration

Effective March1, 2014 there will be a new departure card to fill out as you pass the immigration counters when you are traveling overseas.

These new cards are color coded

RED- departure card

BLUE- arrival card

Departure cards should be filled up thoroughly by Philippine passport holders who wish to travel abroad and submit it to the immigration counter for checking and approval.

Foreign passport holder DO NOT need to fill up this form, assuming they already filled up the arrival card as they arrive the country. 

Arrival card should only be filled up if it is the passenger's first time to arrive the Philippines or they haven't filled up any departure card yet regardless if Foreign or Philippine passport holder.

The cards can be obtained at the check-in counter provided by the airline or at your local travel agent. 

You can observe that there are no more ads printed on the card as it is the government's way of proving the "tuwid na daan" ( the right way to progress). it can be reproduced by airlines, or travel agents provided no ads should be added on any part of the card.
