China Visa Requirement (For Philippine Passport Holder)

Basic requirements

1) Passport – Original passport that is valid for at least another 6 months with at least one blank visa page, a photocopy of the passport's information/photo page and emergency contact page.

2) Visa Application Form – You must submit truthfully completed and signed Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China. Do not leave any field blank. Write N/A if the question does not apply to you.

3) Photo – Affix one color photo on the Application Form. The photo should be recent, front view, white background, in 48mm x 33mm size without head covering. Glue the photo to the appropriate field. Stapled/taped/clipped/detached photos will not be accepted.

4) Travel itinerary and reservation of roundtrip airline ticket and hotel, or invitation letters from China.

Additional requirements

1) First Time Chinese Visa Applicant – Information about your finances and employment or studies is required, which you should consider providing bank certificate of deposit balance including the past 6 months history of your bank account and the receipt for payment of this certificate, or BIR-stamped income tax return form, or letter from your employer detailing your salary and the length of your employment, or business registration certificate if you are the owner, or professional ID, or student ID, etc. A letter of explanation is required if you could not provide the above-mentioned documents.

2)Previous Chinese Visa – If you had obtained a Chinese visa before, you should submit a photocopy of the visa, and if the visa is on your old passport, you should also submit the old passport.

Taiwan Visa Requirements (for Philippine Passport Holder)

VISITOR AND BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENTS

For those who intend to travel to Taiwan, Republic of China for a short visit, shall submit the following:
1. An online Visa Application Form (please access https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw to fill up
     the Form and print them out)
2. Two (2) passport size photos 1.5”x2” with white background (taken w/in the last
     three (3) months)
3. Passport valid for at least six months and old passport showing previous travels
4. Birth Certificate issued by NSO
5. Marriage Contract (if applicable) issued by NSO
6. Certificate of Employment
7. Financial statements of the applicant (Bank Book or Bank Statements)
8. Traveling on BUSINESS, you must also submit:
      A. Certificate of Business Name Registration and SEC Registration（If owner of the company）
      B. Invitation Letter from Taiwan company / organization in Chinese letterhead that
          outlines clearly purpose of your visit and duration of your stay
      C. Request letter from applicant’s company
       D. Certificate of Employment
9. Other Supporting Documents if required.
10. All documents submitted to this office should be Original and with 1 photocopy
11. The applicant will be scheduled for an interview （if required）

NOTICE

Applicants are given three (3) months to submit additional requirements. Otherwise application will be terminated.

Documents submitted for application will not be returned.

Applicants can get information from accredited agencies when his/her application is pending.

When visa is granted, VISA FEE is gratis for this category. (Philippine passport holder)

When visa is not granted, the reasons of denial will not be disclosed. Applicants may apply again after six (6) month with the same purpose, unless there are emergency / humanitarian reasons, or application for different purpose.
